DJSF1352-D is a DIN35mm rail-mounted DC energy meter developed by Acrel for DC charging piles, photovoltaic storage systems, and industrial DC distribution. It integrates a high-precision shunt into the meter body, eliminating the need for external shunts and reducing installation complexity. The meter supports direct measurement of DC voltage (0-1000V), current (360A/600A), power, and energy, with accuracy up to Class B (Class 1.0). Its compact design (1/3-1/4 the size of traditional split-type meters) suits confined spaces like charging piles, while a wide operating temperature range (-40℃~+70℃) and high protection grade ensure reliability in harsh industrial or outdoor environments.

Installation and Usage Tips
  • Wiring: Use shielded twisted-pair cables for RS485 communication (each core ≥0.5mm²), with the shield grounded and cables routed away from strong power lines to avoid interference.
  • Terminal Screws: Tighten screws to a maximum torque of 0.5Nm (3.5Lb-In) to prevent damage to the meter body.
  • Commissioning: Switch display interfaces via buttons to view different parameters; configure communication protocols and baud rates according to system requirements.
