The AcrelEMS Enterprise Microgrid Energy Efficiency Management System comprises a power monitoring and energy efficiency management system. It covers the enterprise's medium-voltage power distribution system, emergency power supply, isolated power supply, lighting control, equipment operation and maintenance, and environmental monitoring, spanning the entire energy flow process. It helps operation and maintenance personnel understand the real-time operation status of the enterprise's power distribution system through a single platform and app, and can be applied to meet the enterprise's energy management needs based on access permissions.
Distributed Photovoltaic Monitoring
Monitors the operation of the enterprise's distributed photovoltaic power station, including inverter operation data, photovoltaic power generation efficiency analysis, power generation and revenue statistics, and photovoltaic power generation control.
Energy Storage Management
Monitors the operation of the energy storage system, battery management system (BMS), and energy storage converter (PCS), including operating modes, power control modes, predetermined values for power, voltage, current, and frequency, and the charging and discharging voltage, current, SOC, and temperature of the energy storage battery. Based on the enterprise's peak and valley characteristics, electricity price fluctuations, and instructions from the upper-level platform, it sets the charging and discharging strategies of the energy storage system, controls the charging and discharging of the energy storage system, achieves peak shaving and valley filling, and reduces the enterprise's electricity costs. Charging Pile Operation and Management
Monitors the operational status of enterprise charging piles, provides charging pile fee management and status monitoring functions, and adjusts the charging power of charging piles according to changes in enterprise load rate and power plant dispatch instructions to ensure the stable and safe operation of the enterprise microgrid.
AcrelEMS-EDU Campus Integrated Energy Efficiency Management Solution provides an information management platform for universities, covering campus energy statistics, logistics billing management, and campus operation and maintenance management. It analyzes the current and future energy consumption issues and needs of universities from multiple perspectives, including "source, grid, load, storage, and charging," and achieves management models such as "energy complementarity and information interoperability" under unified requirements. It helps schools achieve intelligent, digital, and integrated management, realizing an energy-saving, green, and low-carbon campus.
Integrated Smart Energy Management System Software Architecture
The software architecture mainly includes a perception layer, data layer, application layer, and presentation layer, as shown in Figure 2. The perception layer consists of field protection, measurement, control equipment, and other subsystems, transmitting data to the data platform via wired/wireless methods. The platform is responsible for data acquisition, processing, storage, and interaction, distributing data to various application layers. The application layers utilize data from multiple perspectives, including energy supply, energy management, load management, energy consumption analysis and prediction, and energy operation and maintenance, according to user needs, and display the data to different users to complete energy management functions. The integrated intelligent management system can achieve real-time acquisition and monitoring of data from various types of energy media, and uses digital technology to more intuitively display and control energy data, enabling better energy utilization.
System Functional Requirements:
Substation Integrated Automation System: Monitors the power consumption of the enterprise's 35kV medium-high voltage side through a primary system diagram; all data is updated in real time.
Power Monitoring: Monitors the power consumption of the enterprise's 0.4kV low-voltage side, providing functions such as distribution room monitoring, reactive power compensation cabinet monitoring, and power reports.
Power Quality: Provides steady-state monitoring, harmonic spectrum, steady-state curve, harmonic curve, SOE event parameters, etc., from a power quality detector.
Electricity Statistics: Provides functions such as centralized electricity meter reading, electricity statistics, time-of-use electricity statistics, electricity consumption correlation analysis, and grouped electricity statistics.
Acrel-EIoT Energy Internet of Things Platform Application Based on Big Data
The Acrel-EIoT Energy Internet of Things Platform is a PaaS platform based on an IoT data middleware, implementing unified uplink and downlink data standards to provide energy IoT data services to internet users. The platform supports Chinese/English switching and customizable function settings. After installing IoT sensors, users can connect their devices to the Acrel-EIoT platform by scanning a QR code. They can then use their mobile phones and computers to obtain the industry data services they need. Users only need to focus on the platform itself and do not need to know the structure and protocols of the downlink hardware. No prior knowledge is required for user operation. Currently, multiple users are already receiving energy data services based on Acrel products.
